This is a calming and relaxing class that will gently stretch and strengthen the body while focusing on breath and alignment. It is an all body approach to healing; preventing injury or pain. This class is open to all levels and abilities, especially those who are new to yoga, injured or for those dealing with high levels of stress. Reconnect with your body and your breath and give yourself the gift of gentle yoga today.
There are 3 Packages to choose from:
1) $60 for 6 Classes that you have 8 weeks to use;
2) $130 for 10 Classes that you have 6 months to use; and
3) $15 Drop in

One on one focus with me will help you work towards achieving your physical and mental goals faster. During my private lessons, you will learn to listen to your body, not your ego, which causes many first-time yogis to push themselves too hard-leading to poor alignment, breathing, and eventually injury.
You'll also enjoy the benefits of practicing at your own pace and on your own schedule, and you have the option to target weak or injured areas that need strengthening and flexibility.
During your first private class, you will receive an assessment to determine your personal needs and goals. During this assessment, we will design a yoga practice and plan that is customized just for you. This custom plan will allow you to practice on your own time so you can begin to feel the results of yoga and begin to integrate it into your everyday life.
